Summer bowl

On Friday I made this super yummy smoothie bowl, with lots of berries and fresh flavor.

Ingredients:

Mixed frozen berries (I used strawberry, blueberry and redcurrant)
Frozen bananas
Chia seeds
Coconut milk
Apple juice (to give a small sweetness to it)

Mix everything in e blender. Be careful that it doesn´t get to runny. It needs to be quite thick so that the toppings stay on.

To top it:

Granola
Fresh strawberries
Frozen raspberries
Chia seeds
